One-on-one health review to access patient 's health and appropriateness for using hCG

Get appropriate blood tests

Meet with one of the Naturopathic doctors - they will write the prescription for the hCG which is required

Begin the Weight management protocol

• Weekly orientations about what to expect that week, weigh in, blood pressure checks, receive seven pre filled syringes ready to be administered at home each day by the patient
• At the end of the injection period (20, 30 or 40 days) begin another thee week period where sugar and other foods are reintroduced into the diet. This step is crucial so the weight is not regained

During this process, group hypnosis will be available at the scheduled meetings. Also available will be acupuncture "ear seeds". these will be placed on the appetite point to help curb one's appetite.

Every patient will be given a booklet at the beginning of the program with very explicit details about the process, the foods that are acceptable, those not acceptable, recipes, and a lot more.

It is required that food must be weighed in grams. For those patients who do not already have a kitchen scale for weighing their food we have basic scales available for purchase.

Some patients may require additional vitamins (oral or injected). These are not part of the program but are available if needed (see below).
