Then our IAPAM certified process might be the one for you!
Research has shown that obesity can be genetically linked. This means that some people are genetically predisposed to obesity. Obesity in the United States and globally is on the rise. If weight management were easy, no one would be overweight.
Finally, a way to help people manage their weight, reset their appetite level, curb cravings and increase their metabolism has been found. This is not for everyone and should only be done with medical supervision (see FDA disclaimer below). This process is not supported by all doctors, particularly those that prefer to use surgery to help people control obesity. This process is non-surgical.
You may have heard about this diet that is only 500 calories a day - how can anyone live on that? It is simple, by releasing all the energy that is stored in the fat cells. When we do not eat enough calories the body "harvests" energy from itself. Since the brain does not run on energy from fat or protein a certain number of carbs are required. To prevent the body from harvesting protein from muscles and organs a certain amount of protein is required. Therefore, this is not just any 500 calories but a very specific diet, no substitutions allowed. Find out more about the diet on the FAQ page.
One of the great aspects of this process is that one is not actually hungry. OK, when lunch or dinner time rolls around you will be hungry, but that is no different than when one is not restricting their food intake. The great thing is the food tastes better, you want to eat slower, you fill up quickly and you feel satisfied. Have you ever eaten a large meal and afterword your stomach was stuffed but you wanted to eat more? Sure, we all have. With this program you will actually feel satisfied. Did I mention there are two (2) snacks a day, you can drink coffee (as long as it is black) or green tea, both unsweetened of course? You do NOT have to give up everything - just sugar, fat and starch.
Weight management programs that tell you you can eat anything and do not have to exercise are not sustainable. While on the program you need to walk 20 minutes a day but cannot do any other exercising. Then we spend six weeks after the end of the diet to first help you raise your metabolism and then to reset your appetite point. This six week period is crucial to prevent gaining the weight back. you will be supported every step of the way at weekly meetings and aided with acupuncture points and hypnosis.
We do not just give you the program and shoo you out the door. we hold your had throughout the process to ensure your success. We are only successful when you are successful. If you need help and motivation, we are there to help you all the way.

Note: The FDA states that, "hCG is a hormone extracted from the urine of pregnant women. It is approved by the FDA for the treatment of certain problems of the male reproductive system and in stimulating ovulation in women who have had difficulty becoming pregnant. No evidence has been presented, however, to substantiate claims for hCG as a weight-loss aid". More information on the FAQ page.
